By using Radio Nations you agree to these terms. They’re written to be readable; if anything is unclear, email [email protected] and we’ll explain.

What Radio Nations is

Radio Nations is a free directory of online radio stations from around the world. We are not:

• A broadcaster (the stations broadcast themselves; we just link to their streams)
• A music licensing service
• A paid platform (the service is free for listeners)

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or whatever the digital age of consent is in your country (see our Privacy Policy for the country list).

To create an account you need:

• A real, working email address
• Responsibility for keeping your password secure
• No prior account terminated by us for terms violations

Repeated or serious breaches lead to account suspension or termination. Email [email protected] with “Account” if you think we suspended you in error.

Content ownership

The streams

The audio streams belong to the broadcasting stations. We do not host, store, or rebroadcast their audio — we direct your browser to the station’s own URL.

The metadata

Station names, logos, frequencies, genres, and similar information come from public sources, primarily the Radio-Browser community database (CC0 licensed) and the stations’ own websites. If you operate a station and want your listing corrected or removed, email [email protected] with “Station listing”.

Your reviews and contributions

You keep the copyright to anything you post (reviews, ratings, comments). By submitting it, you grant Radio Nations a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual license to display, modify (for moderation only — light edits, spam removal), translate, and distribute that content as part of the service. You can withdraw any specific review at any time by deleting it from your account.

Our software, design, and brand

The Radio Nations name, logo, theme, code, and site design are © Radio Nations. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission.

Copyright complaints (DMCA / EU equivalent)

If you believe a station listing infringes your copyright, send the following to [email protected] with the subject “Copyright Notice”:

1. Your contact details (name, address, email, phone)
2. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
3. The exact URL on Radio Nations that you want removed
4. A good-faith statement that the use is not authorized
5. A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder
6. Your physical or electronic signature

We review and act on valid notices within 7 business days. If we remove your listing in error you can file a counter-notice.

“As is” — no warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We don’t warrant that:

• Every station will be online 24/7 (they’re operated by third parties)
• Every metadata field is accurate (we crowdsource and best-effort verify)
• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Radio Nations is not liable for:

• The content of any station you listen to (we don’t curate audio)
• Any direct loss arising from a broken stream, wrong frequency, or outdated listing
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages

Our maximum aggregate liability to you in any 12-month period is capped at the amount you’ve paid us during that period — which, for free users, is zero. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, death, or personal injury where such limitation is prohibited by law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Radio Nations harmless from any claim arising out of your breach of these terms or your misuse of the service.

Force majeure

Neither party is liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond reasonable control: natural disasters, war, government action, internet backbone failure, hosting outages, or large-scale infrastructure incidents.

Termination

You can delete your account anytime from Account → Settings. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms with notice where practical. On termination, your account and personal data are deleted per our Privacy Policy retention schedule.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We’ll:

• Update the “Last updated” date above
• For material changes, display an in-site notice at least 30 days before the change takes effect
• Notify logged-in users by email for material changes

Continuing to use the service after the effective date means you accept the change. If you don’t, delete your account before the change takes effect.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith email correspondence shall be brought in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh. Nothing in this clause prevents an EU consumer from bringing an action in the courts of their habitual residence, as required by Article 18(2) of EU Regulation 1215/2012.

Entire agreement

These terms, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, and the Accessibility Statement make up the full agreement between you and Radio Nations. If any clause is held unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
