About Heart London 106.2

Heart London 106.2 is a commercial hot adult contemporary station broadcasting across London and streaming free online at heart.co.uk/london. It sits within the national Heart network but carries the 106.2 frequency that Londoners have associated with the brand for years, making it one of the more recognisable dial positions in the city.

The music is polished and familiar, the kind of playlist built around songs people already know rather than anything that needs an introduction. Think chart hits from the last two or three decades, leaning toward feel-good and easy to have on in the background. It is aimed squarely at adults who want something comfortable rather than something challenging.

The online stream runs at 128 kbps MP3, which is clean enough for casual listening through a phone, laptop, or smart speaker. If you are outside London or just prefer not to fiddle with an FM tuner, the stream on the official site works the same way as the broadcast.
