About # RdMix Classic Rock 70s 80s 90s

RdMix Classic Rock 70s 80s 90s is a Canadian online radio station built around the rock music that dominated the airwaves from the late 1960s through the 1990s. The playlist pulls from classic rock, blues rock, hard rock, soft rock, and the kind of pop rock that filled FM radio for three decades. It goes wide, covering everything from the blues-influenced guitar bands of the late 60s to the melodic hard rock that peaked in the 80s and the alternative-leaning rock of the 90s.

The station streams free in MP3 at 128 kbps, which is solid quality for an internet broadcast. No FM frequency, no terrestrial signal, just the stream. You can reach it through the official site at radiodimensionemix.torontocast.stream, and it plays in any browser or app that handles MP3 streams.

If you came here looking for a station that sticks to one era or one mood, this probably is not it. RdMix casts a wide net, and that seems to be the point. The genre tags alone run from classic blues and rhythm and blues through country and oldies, so expect a mixed bag held together by a general classic rock sensibility rather than a strict format. Whether that suits you depends on what you were hoping to hear, but if you want a broad sweep of rock from those three decades without a lot of interruption, this is worth a listen.
